God from Luke’s Eyes to Yours

“He Visits in Person pt. 2” (Easter) | April 5, 2026

“O foolish ones, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken!” — Luke 24:25

On Easter, we see that Jesus doesn’t just rise—He walks with us. On the road to Emmaus, the risen Christ meets discouraged followers, explains the Scriptures, and ultimately reveals Himself. Pastor Scott reminded us that Jesus’ resurrection is not just an event to celebrate—it is a reality to experience. He comes near so that what was once confusing becomes clear, what was distant becomes personal, and what was doubted becomes believed.

So You Can Recognize Him

  • Their eyes were opened—not just physically, but spiritually.
