“God's Love, Our Hands” | July 26, 2026

“Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.” — 1 John 3:18

This week, Mark Teyler, Founder and President of 360Serve, reminded us that the Great Commission is not simply a command to admire God's love—it's a call to put that love into action. Through stories from more than 25 years of global ministry, Mark shared how God led him to serve the least-reached people of the world, many living within the 10/40 Window where millions have never heard the name of Jesus. Because of persecution, many missionaries cannot openly enter these regions, making the work of indigenous church planters even more vital. Throughout the message, each person held a nail as a powerful reminder that Christ's sacrificial love is meant to move from His hands to ours as we become His ambassadors to the world. The presentation centered on the Great Commission, God's heart for all nations, and the call to love through action.

God's Love Calls Us to All Nations

Matthew 28:19–20

  • Jesus' Great Commission is for every believer.
  • God's heart has always been for every tribe, tongue, and nation.
  • The mission continues until every people group has the opportunity to hear the Gospel.

God's Love Is Meant to Be Lived Through Our Hands

1 John 3:18

  • Love becomes visible when it is expressed through action.
  • The nail served as a tangible reminder of Christ's sacrifice and our calling to serve others.
  • We are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus wherever He sends us.

God's Mission Continues Through Faithful People

  • Mark shared how God redirected his life over 25 years ago into global missions.
  • He highlighted the tremendous need within the 10/40 Window, where many people still have little or no access to the Gospel.
  • Through partnerships with indigenous church planters, thousands have come to faith, new house churches have been planted, and hundreds have been baptized during the first half of 2026 alone.

God Loves More Than We Can Imagine

Mark closed with two powerful reminders:

  • God loves you more than you could ever imagine.
  • God loves this church more than you could ever imagine.

Those truths become the foundation for why we go, why we give, and why we continue sharing the hope of Christ with the world.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • God's love was never meant to stop with us—it is meant to flow through us.
  • The Great Commission is still God's mission for His Church.
  • Simple acts of obedience can have an eternal impact.
  • Indigenous church planters are reaching places many missionaries cannot.
  • God's love is greater than we often realize, both for us and for His Church.

CALL TO ACTION

  • Pray for the nations: Especially for those living in unreached areas of the world.
  • Support the mission: Continue investing in ministries that are advancing the Gospel globally.
  • Love through action: Ask God how your hands can reflect His love this week.
  • Remember the nail: Let Christ's sacrifice continually remind you to live on mission.

God's love was never intended to be admired from a distance—it was meant to be carried into the world through willing hands.

Continue the Mission

Our partnership with 360Serve is helping bring the Gospel to some of the least-reached people in the world through indigenous church planters. As Mark shared, these faithful leaders are serving in places where many traditional missionaries cannot go because of persecution. Together, they are planting churches, making disciples, and sharing the hope of Christ in communities that have never heard the Gospel.

If God has stirred your heart to become more involved, there are two simple ways you can take the next step:

  • Learn more about the ministry and its global impact by visiting 360Serve.org.
  • Sponsor an indigenous church planter for $50 per month, helping equip local leaders to continue sharing the Gospel and planting churches in unreached communities. (Amount provided by the speaker.)

Together, we can continue putting God's love into action—one life, one village, and one nation at a time.
